Supporting practitioners to be strong, healthy and skilled.
Clinical and professional supervision
Supervision is essential to ethical and accountable practice; and it can be a transformative tool to remain strong and well in the work. Supervision is tax deductible if it is self funded.
Be. provides responsive and person-centred supervision with a strong anti-oppressive foundation. Supervision is adapted to the supervision goals of each individual and the professional waves they ride from session to session. Supervision may focus on clinical guidance, emotional support, career planning, ethical dilemmas, leadership and skill development - or perhaps a blend of all of the above. Sessions will draw on evidence and theories to support the connection to practice and professional growth.
Supervisee testimonial
Working with Miranda has undoubtedly been the most enriching and transformative experience of supervision throughout my career. Miranda is able to create a safe and reflective space that allows me time to slow down and navigate the complex ethical tensions inherent in my work. Miranda skilfully empowered me to examine my values, sit in feelings of discomfort, believe in myself, and forge a path forward that feels right for me. Miranda has been an instrumental part of my personal and professional growth over the last 12 months, and I would recommend her supervision services to anyone who is seeking something more than just a traditional supervision approach.
